Vintage and pre-loved pieces have lived a life before they arrive at Atomic & Era.
Small imperfections, variations and signs of previous use are often part of what makes these pieces unique. We inspect every item and aim to describe its condition honestly and accurately.
Excellent
Very well preserved with minimal visible signs of age or previous use.
Very Good
Light signs of age or previous use, consistent with the item's vintage or pre-loved nature.
Good
Noticeable signs of age or previous use, but the item remains in good overall condition.
Fair
More significant wear, marks, damage or imperfections. These will be specifically detailed in the product listing.
Important
Condition ratings are a general guide only. The individual product description and photographs provide the most accurate information about each piece.
Any significant damage or imperfections that we are aware of will be disclosed in the listing.
Where possible, we will photograph noticeable imperfections so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Restoration
Some pieces may be cleaned, repaired, restored or conditioned before being listed.
Our goal is to bring each item as close as reasonably possible to its original condition while retaining its character.
A restored vintage item should not be expected to look brand new.
